    Deleted The App!!!!

      I need help?   I deleted the adobe draw app and then reinstalled it. Now I can't see any of my projects. Does anyone know how to help?

          Have you signed back in to your Creative Cloud account in the app?

            Hi TiaW.

             

            I'm sorry about your missing work.

             

            It's always a risk to delete the app without checking first to make sure your work has synced. A couple of things:
            * As Szalam suggested, are you certain you signed back in to Draw with the same login you used when you created the work? In other words, have you ever used another email address for any other Adobe apps.

            * Sometimes when reinstalling the app it just takes time for it to sync back down to the device. So if you're certain you're in the same  account, please log in to Adobe Creative Cloud  and see if your work is there.
