I need to authorize my computer for ADE since moving - old email address and forgotten password seems to be an issue so I cannot erase the old.  do I need to remove ADE and reinstall? It's taking me hours to seek answers...and still no answers ...anyone find a solution that works?

I'm prepared to lose all previously purchased books at this point in order to resolve!
