I have a client who has purchased a Samsung s7 edge phone. She is unable to configure it to connect to the BC email server. (not able to setup connection). The client and I have spent several hours already with AT&T tech support in person and via phone, on one seem to know why it doesn't connect.
No problem with connecting with an iPhone.
Dos any one in the form know how to fix this or knows of this problem.
Will appreciate any help,
Email's email and there is nothing special with BC server's if it working on an iphone try a different email client on the samsung phone. If it works in another client on the same phone there is something strange with that phone or the email client app.
