When English is not your first language, you need to give a very full description of your problem, to give the translator lots to work with. But it sounds like you were unable to deactivate CS6, and now can not reinstall it. Is that right? Have you tried using customer support? We are not Adobe staff here, so can't help with resetting your activations.

Try restart your pc then again putting your activation code.

Then choose the product
