Is my Creative Cloud password and username the same at my Adobe ID and password?
I cannot get into Creative Cloud for updates
What happens when you try? Can you post a screenshot?

Initially, I started having problems with LR (CC)--I don't really know how I did this, but I ended up creating a Creative Cloud zip file--
I don't know if that has anything to do with the problems I am having.
I decided to see if there were any updates that might solve the issue with LR, so I tried to log on, but a different username
So I couldn't really get a screen shot.
When I try to log onto Creative Cloud, the sign in window has a different username than my Adobe username--my Adobe UN is my email address, but the Creative Cloud sign in window lists my name. I went in and changed it, and then put in the password, but it doesn't work. I can't log onto Creative Cloud with the same information I use to log onto Adobe.
I can't make any changes to Creative Cloud--not updates or uninstall.
I'm sorry--I am using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.1
Have the same problem and it makes me stuck with updates. Did you find out the way to solve it?
