How do you fix an audio problem? No audio on Photoshop, but there is everywhere else.

There is no audio on a soundbite/interview that I am trying to edit on Photoshop. There was audio on this system before and there is audio on the computer when I run the video/audio and on every other device and on Vimeo. Has anyone else had this problem? I checked the audio settings on the computer and everything is fine.
