Image size isn't the same as its advertised as

      Hey guys,

New to Adobe Stock, I am designing a large layout utilizing a stock image I purchased from adobe stock. I needed a width of 9000 pixels in an image. The one I downloaded was 3600 pixels. When I placed it into Illustrator it says the dimensions for the width are 864 pixels although the site said it was 3600... I need to figure out how to can be placed at the size I purchased it for... With it being that small stretching up to 9000 pixel width creates pixelated images. Anyone know why this is?... Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I dropped $10 on this stock image that is essentially useless as is. Disappointed to say the least.
