Photoshop does not have chroma key as standard. You do have a few choices though.

1. For still images, use the built in selection tools.  Start a selection with Select - Color Range. Invert the selection then go into select and mask to refine the edges and create the mask. Note : I would not use Decontaminate colours in Select and Mask - you are better off using an additional layer, clipped to the masked layer and set to colour blending mode. Then paint over any contaminated edges with the same colour as the image.

2. As indicated above search on line for a 3rd party plug in.

3. For moving images - if you have the full CC package use After Effects which does have Keylight, chroma key, built in. At a push you could use After effects on a still image then export as a 1 frame render to a tiff with Alpha. But for stills I would use option 1 above.
