I get no error on Windows using Chrome and Firefox, so check your browser settings. And if I may: Consider, if you really must stuff an autoplay video on the start page down the throats of your visitors. It's going to deter many of them, especially on mobile devices nor is it particularly helpful in matters of SEO.
