My adobe CC contract went through auto renewal in October of 2016 and I canceled by account the following day in an attempt to not get a automatic recurring charge. I have been able to access the applications on my computer but when I upgraded my PC, the applications are no longer available to me and it states that my account has been canceled. My bank statement shows where I was charged for the remainder of the year and I expect to have access to the files until the time my service date is over.
Please advise me on how to correct this issue.
I see you have an active Adobe account under the same email id as with forums, also we can see that you have paid for the complete year.
