How do I break up one page in InDesign to 5 pages 1st & 5th page being narrower than middle pages?

I am trying to reprint two pieces of a podium wrap. It was originally sent to the printer in one file- I need to break this page up into 5 parts to order panels 3 & 4 again. I can either break up within InDesign or in Adobe PDF but having a difficult time figuring out how to do either.  I set the pages and sizes up correctly in InDesign- but it did not bleed page 1 over to pages 2-5. Instead, pages 2-5 are blank.

Thank you,

Courtney

You can change the page size with the Pages Tool (shift + p).
