Coldfusion 9 Enterprise Licencing and Virtual (VM Ware environments)

Our organisation uses VMware deployed on Lenovo Flex chassis.
Each chassis contains multiple blade servers and each server contains multiple physical
CPU’s. As I read the Coldfusion 9 Enterprise licence agreement (Not the
Standard licence), I believe it is saying that all physical CPU’s in all blades
across the whole chassis would need to be licensed because in theory any server
in the whole chassis could host the virtual installation. This is irrespective
of the fact that we may only provision a small, limited CPU virtual server on
which to deploy Coldfusion 9.  Have I
read that correct or misunderstood something. This question relates to an
Enterprise licence and not a standard licence.
