After Effects Error: can't continue unexpected failure during application startup

Ich habe vorher mit CS6 noch gearbeitet, weil die Version von CC 2017 mir noch unvertraut war (Bugs etc.). Jetzt nachdem ich es aktualisiert habe, geht nichts mehr und dieses Fenster erscheint:

wenn man Enter drückt, dann kommt ein weiteres Fenster mit der Fehleranzeige: can't continue unexpected failure during application startup

und werde dann auf diese Seite geleitet: troubleshooting issues with downloading and installing After Effects | Creative Cloud blog by Adobe

Ich habe danach die CC 2017 Version deinstalliert (mit all den Voreinstellungen) und habe versucht die ältere Version wieder zu installieren und jetzt funktioniert keine Version mehr. Grafiktreiber neuinstalliert, mit Shift+Alt+Strg funktioniert auch nichts.

Helft mir bitte, ich habe einen sehr wichtigen Auftrag demnächst und brauche es unbedingt!

restart your computer

suspend any anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-adware etc

retry installing cs6

12 is for connection problems.  that's not the problem you're having.  you have a cs6 problem maybe caused by your use of cc 2017

uninstall everything cs6 using the uninstallers.

clean cs6 (7) and all cc (3)

restart your computer

reinstall cs6
