EXIF data being stripped

when using CC - i can process a (RAW file) photo in lightroom - save as (jpeg) and post on Flickr and all the EXIF data shows up - when i process the same photo in photoshop - do all the same steps - save as jpeg - post on Flickr - NO EXIF - when i process the same RAW file in CS6 and post on flickr - all the EXIF show up - what am i doing worng in the CC version of photoshop ?
