    Cancel Adobe Stock


      i signed up for a free trial and downloaded 3 images. I couldn't use them so phoned support for assistance. during this discussion I asked to cancel my free trial which I assured was done.  i didn't receive an email and didn't think to chase it up. today I get an email saying my payment failed and to pay. why am I being charged? please delete the charge and cancel my account as previously requested
