Hi Linda....No I did not get an answer. Thanks for replying. This has been going on since Dec. 3/16 & is rather frustrating. I went to live chat with Adobe (as instructed by my Library) & was told this could only be solved in this forum. So much for experienced tech support.
I have the exact same problem. I also tried live chat and it was useless. Help, somebody??!!!
Hmmm. Not what I was hoping for. Have either of you tried the 'reset' they recommend? Or called Kobo? Are you using a Kobo or something else?
