Greeting Card Printing

Is there a way yet to print a folded greeting card in PSE11? Why is there a "Create Greeting Card" function if it doesn't include the option to print out a folded card? How is it different from any other function like creating a photo collage or just adding graphics to a photo? Is the greeting card function available just so you have something to send to Shutterfly? I've searched the forums and the most recent question regarding this was 4 years ago. Has nothing changed since this was an issue? Having to line things up on half a page for the front and creating another page having to line it up, printing one side, turning it over to print the inside is rather cumbersome.

Thanks.

If you use the Flat Landscape setting in the pse 11 Greeting Card setup dialog, can't you just fold it in half after printing?
