Launch SWF in Browser Window w/no buttons

    O G's Y Me?
I know this is probably easy, but I can't figure it out. I have a game that launches from a website. If a user clicks on a browser button like Back, the game is reset. I don't have time to fix this.
But, I would like to be able to do one of two things, either:
launch in a browser window with no buttons
or go full screen with no apparent browser.

I am using Flash CS3, AS2. Any help would be appreciated.

What you want to do is to launch a custom window with your game inside. This is a javascript thing, not an actionscript thing. You want to write a javascript function that uses the window.open() function to create that new window. You can find hundreds of examples of this by searching this forum and/or the various javascript sources online.

Keep in mind that this method will fail if the user has popup windows turned off.
