Linking to a PDF in the Dropdown Menu

I have created a top dropdown nav bar (this was generated by muse, not custom) and I am wanting to link some of them directly to pdfs, not a new page... Any help?

Create a dummy page, right click onto it in plan mode and choose "Include page without hyperlink".

Now select this menu entry of this page, go to the "Hyperlinks" dropdown in the upper control strip, and choose "Link to file …"
