3D Drawings

Hi, I work for a kitchen company. We have cadmaster which produces 3D images of the kitchens, In order to send one of these images via email to a customer I send it to dropbox. The 3D images still works at this stage and you can click on the image and rotate it. The problem is once I attach this file to an email and send it you can no longer see the image at all. Any suggestions please?
