1) Close all adobe related processes in activity monitor (Creative cloud, Core sync, CC library, services for adobe desktop app, adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)
2) Then uninstall creative cloud app using creative cloud cleaner tool http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg
3) And then reinstall it using Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial
4) Launch your product and it should work fine.
