I cant seem to get my preview working in after effects, it WAS working fine before...
Problem:
-The green render bar is only loading a little bit and stops
-I hear audio for the duration of the green bar but NOT video
-Sometimes video plays without audio
-Very slow
What I have tried:
-Resettting the preview settings to default
System Specs:
Core i7 4.00ghz
RAM 16GB
Windows 10
My system shouldn't be an issue here.

What, exact, version number of AE are you using?
Does this happen in every project or just one in particular?
What are your memory settings in preferences?
What was different between when it worked and now?
