How do I send a PDF

All I want to do is email a .pdf file without sending it as an attachment. I want the file, which is a flyer opened and sent. Sounds simple to me but I can not do it. Help Please

PDFs cannot be sent "as an email" ‒ they can be attached to an email, or converted to an image (embedded in the email) and linked to the PDF file on a website.

As Robert put it so well. PDF is a file, you can not just send in email without it being an attachement.

You can put the PDF on your site and put the link in the email, the PDF will open in their browser.
