Every time I try to render in After Effects I get this error message...now it's starting to pop up randomly even when previewing. I've tried the following troubleshoots with no success:

- Uninstall/reinstall AE

- Clear media cache

- Export to different codec (H.264 instead of Animation)

H.264 is not a codec you want to render directly to it's a rather buggy option anyway, so it's only going to add issues. If you want to try something besides the Animation codec for your QuickTime video, try the Photo-JPEG codec or the PNG codec.

What effects are you using in your project? Does this happen in multiple projects? What, exact, version of AE are you using?
