purchasing other adobe programs

does adobe offer discounts on its other programs if I already have a CC subscription?

I have the Photography plan and am thinking about subscribing to Premiere CC.  Do I have to pay $20/month just for the 1 extra program?

Is there an add-on feature I am not aware of?

If you plan to add 2 or more programs, the full plan may be more cost effective

that's the problem.  I don't need all the programs.  i'd gladly pay for all the apps if I needed them.  but I only want/need 1 more in addition the photography plan.  an extra $20/month seems excessive for just the 1.

Actually, Photoshop or Lightroom are the same $20 per month if you buy their subscriptions individually

Adobe created the SPECIAL Photoshop + Lightroom plan as a bonus for users

Adobe has not, as far as I know, created any other bonus plans
