    Transferring Content Problem

      My previous laptop crashed which was authorised to transfer my e-books to my reader. Since I have now replaced my laptop I am able to download purchased books form Kobo site however unable to transfer it via digital editions to my Nook reader with receiving the below message:

       

      How am I able to solve this problem?
