Importing layers from psd with position and without using Document Size. Is that even possible?

Ave i use Premiere CC 2017

I got few huge psd files to make animation from them. And that is nice because i have quite big zooms to do. But files have a lot of small artwork on layers. When i try to import sequence from it i need to use Import->Sequence->Document Size to get correct position of the layer. If i use Layer size all layers are in middle of sequence. If i use Document Size computer start to lag.

It sounds like your system just isn't powerful enough.

Probably not. But i think all amateurs have the same problem.
