Vengo teniendo problemas con el sistema de cobro. De hecho, me ha llevado a cancelar mi suscripciĆ³n.

El problema es que, mientras se carga en la VISA facilitada el importe acordado -lo cual es correcto- adicionalmente se bloquea y retiene la misma cantidad durante un plazo no inferior a tres semanas.

Ello supone que durante esas tres semanas, la realidad es como si lo hubieras pagado dos veces: el importe efectivamente cargado+el importe retenido y bloqueado.

Para seguir siendo cliente, necesito una soluciĆ³n satisfactoria a este incidente derivado del sistema de cobro que aplica la CompaƱƭa.
