How can I save a file on desktop?

I could save scanned documents on my desktop automatically before I started using Acrobat Reader, but I can not save the file on my desktop anymore after using Acrobat Reader. Can you advice what I need to do?

Acrobat Reader doesn't support scanning. It is Adobe Acrobat which can.

Can you please confirm what are the steps you are doing and what exactly the issue you are facing.
