Re-installing LR 6

I had a problem with my laptop and needed to reinstall the Windows operating system and as a result lost my LR residing on the laptop.  I had saved the files and want to know how I now go about reinstalling LR.  I have the serial number.

Download and install Lightroom 6. Then download and install the Lightroom 6.8 update.
