Used Lightroom and Photoshop on Monday with no issues. My subscription is current and active. However, this morning when I launched Lightroom I get "Error: 16". Contacted Adobe on twitter. They told me to do everything in this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html None of it work.

I had the same thing happen to me recently. I kept signing in for a couple of days, but finally did a live chat session with Adobe. The person who helped me took control of my computer and did a few things. Don't know what they were. But when he was finished everything worked fine and has ever since. Hi Khürt ,

Sorry for the trouble with licensing, Could you please follow the steps mentioned in Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Creative Suite and let us know if that helps.
