Even Numbered Pages

I created a file in which only the even pages were numbered. Now I have to change that number and I can't remember how I did it. With playing around I have gotten a message that I need to update in the book panel. The problem is I'm not finding how to access the book panel. Can you help me?

File > New > Book creates a book file. If it already exists, there should be a .indb file somewhere on your hard drive that you can open.
