we use our Adobe ID to activate our student lab. it works well before. but this time after updates, only 3 computers are licensed. and the rest are not.
we ran serialization and sign in with the account, the rest computers are giving us trail only. some computers gives us 7 days trail, some computers give 0 days left.
Hi,
If you have a serial number (you state that "we ran serialization" so I will assume you do) then build a serialized package omitting the Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
See Create packages with Serial number licenses for details.
Deploy that package.
Signing in will break the serialization, this is why we recommend not to include the CCDA.
You can re-serialize at any time, without having to re-install, by using Creative Cloud Packager to create a license package. See Creative Adobe Creative Cloud license package

Hi,
How are you trying to license your applications, you mention both serialization and signing in?
Can you explain more about the types of license you have? Device Licenses, Creative Cloud for Teams, Creative Cloud for Enterprise?
What version of Creative Cloud do you have?
Thanks

Hi,
We have an ETLA agreement (which equates to Creative Cloud for Enterprise). We are trying to license lab devices.
we updated our adobe to the most recent version.
Thanks

Thanks. Serialization and Named User sign in are mutually exclusive and you should not do both. Signing in will break your serialization and cause your apps to revert to trial.
If you are deploying a serialized package then you should not sign in. I would advise omitting the Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

Would you please give us a proper procedure to set up student lab computers? we need to deploy the adobe suite to around 100 computers.
when we open adobe applications, it automatically asks for sign in information. if we don't put in, we got denied access. we will have to sign in, then when we got message 'only allowed to be signed into 2 computers'
Thanks!!
