Is Adobe's OCR different from Microsoft OCR (MODI tool).? Do they give the same output or they are different. Please help asap,---Urgent

Just wanna know whether the OCR technology used in Adobe professional is independent of Microsoft's MODI tool.? Are they giving different accuracy outputs.. Please gave a reply to this asap.

Different vendors, different technology, different strengths and weaknesses, different methodology, different output. Different results, often wildly different, can be expected from different software, in this uncertain and very difficult task. Fuzzy logic is at the heart of it. It is not an industrial process.
