I have the latest update of Animate CC 2017.2 on PC using Windows 7 enterprise sp1 64bit. When I launch Animate, at the point when the launch window says "Loading Document Templates", it crashes(but it still has running when I open task manager, the process has animate.exe ). I tried reinstalling and deleted all related files, but still get crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
If you still need help, I suggest getting in touch with Adobe Customer Care. Contact Customer Care They should be able to investigate this issue further.

I reset the preferences and try to remove again and reinstall again, still, can't run the program.

2017.1 is the latest release. there's not even a beta 2017.2.
