business catalyst MX

I modified my DNS via my shared hosting at 1and1 for the site to be on business catalyst, and it works. By cons I no longer receive my email from this domain, can you help me please?
It seems to me that I have to create an MX mail record?
1and1 tells me to register
1: mx00.1and1 .....
2: mx01.1and ....

This is it ?

Hi there,

If you have email with another service you should not change the NS records to point to BC. In doing so you have said "Point everything to my BC site".

What you need to do is change that back and set up ONLY the A-Record to point to BC, in doing that you basically saying "point all my web traffic to here only please."
