Elements 15

After I scan multiple photos from a flatbed scanner.

I use the Divide scanned photos --- this works and then have to save each photo as a type and saves to same folder

MY Question

1st ????

Is there a way to setup the flow to find all scanned photos in a folder, Divide them, put them into a different folder and save them as a different file type.

2nd ????

Is there a way to build custom MACROs in Elements 15 and save them, to speed up operations

Example to scan - there are many clicks to get the same result each time scanning
