White border/outline around exported png files

Seen a lot of posts for this issue with many different supposed fixes.

I have tried to use the Feather tool, Refine edge tool, exported as both PNG and PNG-8, but every new export comes out with the same white outline. The image itself is poorly cut, but I'm not sure that's the issue.

Hi WhiteESP,

Please make sure that in the Save for web dialog, Matte is set to none.
