Print PDF multiple times

I have a 2000 page pdf that I need all pages to print twice in the sequence it's in, so it will print 4000 sheets.

So printing would be like this -

1- 1, 2- 2, 3- 3,  4- 4, 5- 5, 6- 6 etc all the way to 2000. 

Is there a tool that will allow me to do this?

Should be easily printed by printing all pages, 2 copies, uncollated. They key is that you don't want the printer to collate the pages.
