For the past day I have been trying to change the size of the video screen I am working with in Premier Pro. My current project video size is very wide and not very tall. How do I get the video to a more standard aspect ratio?
Thanks.

Dear Muhannad,
First thank you for getting back to me! I am actually talking about the aspect ratio of the window the video is being produced in.
Thanks again for your help!

Select sequence in the Project Window
Go up to Sequence / sequence settings
Set Editing Mode to Custom and change the parameters accordingly to the clips you are using.
If you get stuck do one of the two:
then copy all content from old sequence over to new sequence.
