Cannot renew subscription after cancellation in advance

Hi -

My subscription (which i prepaid for the whole year) was originally going to end somewhere in August. I clicked the end subscription button to end it in advance so i wont have to worry about it / forget it when it's too late to cancel for another year.

I don't know whos had the idea of disabling all applications after ending the subscription like "the person sure doesn't want to use the products he payed for a whole year anymore, let's remove access to them".

But thats another thing - when i try to click the restart subscription button, the page just reloads.

Got some university work to do, so this sucks hard. Would love some help, maybe somebody has had the same experience.

Thank you!

When you rent a car and stop paying the rent, you have to give the car back and turn over the key so you can't drive it

Software rental is similar... stop paying and you can't use the software

What you MAY need to do now is remove everything and start over with a new plan

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

If you don't need programs for a full year, consider a monthly plan

I think you got that wrong - i prepaid the full year, but thats not the main issue -

ive already removed anything, the thing is that it doesn't let me click the "restart subscription" button in my settings, and just reloads the page instead.

I'll probably have to contact a support member via chat since it seems to be a scripting issue.

Thank you for the help nonetheless!
