Can't drag sliders in LR CC develop module!

Suddenly the ability to drag the sliders in the develop module no longer work.

Clicking on various points on the slider will work, but not the ability to drag the slider.

Sliders work in other applications including Camera RAW and Photoshop, but not Lightroom CC release 2015.8.

NB: Operating System Window 10 version 10.

I'm not sure why this might have occurred.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Thanks.

Your preferences file may have become corrupted. Try deleting your preferences file and see if that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply Jim.

Unfortunately deleting my LR CC preferences did not fix the problem (not being able to drag sliders).

I'm wondering if it may be something wrong with Windows 10.

Is there some obscure Win 10 registry entry that may have been corrupted?.

Or any other suggestions...?

Thanks,

MH

UPDATE: 2017-03-232

I recently did an Windows 10 update "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015438)"

This appears to have fixed the problem with Lightroom CC develop module sliders not working.

It also corrected some flaky behaviour of the Windows 10 taskbar.
