Re: Unknown error saving a pdf to document cloud

I have the same problem and it is one year later.

Whether I click the icon or use CTRL SHIFT W to upload to Document Cloud, I sometimes receive a message in the lower right corner reading, "An error occurred while trying to access the server."

I logged out and re-logged in.  I re-booted my computer.  I waiting a day and tried again.  Still nothing.

I retrieve my documents initially logged into my laptop, but I like to upload to document cloud so I can read them on my iPad and not be tied down to my laptop.

I'd appreciate a substantive response.

Hi april92307307,

Is this a problem with Acrobat Reader on your computer/laptop or iPad?  You added a reply to a thread in the Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad (mobile) forum. But it sounds like you have the problem with the desktop version of Acrobat Reader.

Please let us know so that we can move this thread to the right forum.

Thank you.

Correct; it is a problem with the desktop version of Acrobat Reader.
