Trying to share with Facebook

I'm new to lightroom I'm trying to share my photos to Facebook and I keep getting this message

the app is setup

Can't upload to the Facebook album named 'Instagram Photos'. Please make sure the 'Adobe Photoshop Lightroom' app has permission to upload to albums with the privacy level of this album. (In Facebook, look under Account Settings/Apps/Adobe Photoshop Lightroom/Posts on my behalf.)

Are you using the Publish Services tab?

You may need to click on Setup next to Facebook or if already activated right-click and choose edit settings.
