    Unable to clear digital signature


      Hi all


      For many years now we have been using the Adode Digital Signature function to sign in-house documentation with no problems, until now. When we reopen any record that we have previously signed off we can no longer clear the signature we have created which in the past we have had no problems with. The problem seems to stem from the fact that the Digital ID gets removed every time the reader is closed down and we need to recover the signature every time.


      We have noticed this behavior on both of the more recent versions XI and DC.


      Can anybody help us get back to the good old days??
