installer file is damaged

I have installed adobe air(version: 24.0.0.180) in my pc. Then i have tried to install air application. but showing this below message

"The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author."

Hello,
I installed Adobe Air version 27.0.0.124.
I downloaded settingsmanager.air on the adobe site but when I want to install it I get a "Package signature validation failed".
How can I install it?
