Can't delete app bad uploaded .zip without config.xml

Help me please I've uploaded a proyect by zip file but it failed, now I can't go to configs to delete it.

I cant even create new free apps, it tells me I've overflowed the limits of privates app, but I wanna build a free one.

How can I fix this.?
