Changing signing time in E-signature block

Is there a way to change the signing time in the e-signature block in adobe acrobat pro? Validating just updates the signature regardless when it was initially saved.

No. Only by clearing the signature and then re-applying it.

That would rather render the whole concept, point, and legal status of digital signatures pointless. So it is impossible by design.
