external SWF resizing issue with masks and oversized images

      Try this:

Load an external swf and place it on a resizing container. Resize it. Works great.

Now setup a mask in your external SWF for the entire area and draw something that extends out of your "swf visible area." Now load it and try the resizing.

Flash takes into consideration the "invisible" items extending outside of the mask when computing the swf's new size!

I've tried hard coding the height width of the external swf to no avail because Flash adjusts the scaleX/Y values accordingly.

Is there a way to tell Flash to ignore things extending outside of the mask?
