Z@R*.tmp files still locked

We recently installed the latest version of Acrobat DC because our old version X was having issues that Z@R*.tmp files could not be removed from the local temp folder on our Terminal Server.

Now it surprises me that the same issue exists in the latest version of Acrobat DC. Problem is not fixes, multiple versions later. Problem was first reported in 2011

This hasn't been answered in almost 2 years. Temp folder is loaded with these stupid Z@ files.
